After this session there was a specific EFOMP session on: Medical Physics in Europe.

Peter Sharp presented “EFOMP and Medical Physics in Europe” (web link: http://www.canalc2.tv/video.asp?idVideo=11340&;voir=oui  );

Carmel Caruana “Education and training requirements within the Medical Physics Expert project (web link: http://www.canalc2.tv/video.asp?idvideo=11341 ) and finally

Wil Van Der Putten introduced a workshop: “Legal requirements for Medical Physics and for the Medical Physics Expert (web link: http://www.canalc2.tv/video.asp?idVideo=11342&;voir=oui ) with commentaries provided by Steve Evans (UK, IPEM), Stan Heukelom (Netherlands, NVKF) and Nuria Jornet (Spain, SEFM). This provoked many questions from the audience and allowed a positive discussion concerning the items presented during the session.

The possibility to share all the presentations on the www is an important opportunity to increase the awareness of EFOMP activities and define new paths to develop future strategies.
